About the seat

All In One Accounting (AIOA) provides outsourced accounting and CFO services to entrepreneurial and nonprofit leaders. It is hiring a remote CFO for its Professional Services practice. The CFO owns a book of client relationships with consulting firms, law practices, marketing agencies, staffing companies and other expertise-driven businesses.

  • Serve as the single owner of each client relationship and provide executive-level financial leadership.
  • Own client realization, utilization, Net Promoter Score, retention and growth.
  • Lead, manage and hold accountable a team of senior controllers, controllers, senior accountants and accountants.
  • Push clients to think bigger and bring ideas beyond what they asked for.
  • Report to the practice’s Managing Director.

AIOA runs on EOS. In EOS terms, the Managing Director holds the CFO accountable to their results, and the CFO holds their team accountable to theirs. The firm hires for people who are hungry, humble and smart, and expects its CFOs to treat their book of business as their own. The posting lists compensation of $140,000 to $165,000.
