These terms apply to your use of EOS Jobs, operated by BN Books & Taxation Pty Ltd (ABN 87 698 989 856) (“we”, “us”). By using the site or posting an ad, you agree to them.
1. Independent job board
EOS Jobs is an independent job board and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EOS Worldwide, LLC. EOS® and the Entrepreneurial Operating System® are registered trademarks of EOS Worldwide, LLC. We are not a recruitment agency and are not a party to any job, application or employment arrangement.
2. Employer accounts and ads
- You must give accurate details about your business, including a valid ABN, and keep your login secure.
- Each ad must be for a real, current vacancy that you are authorised to fill. It must state pay honestly and comply with Australian law, including the Fair Work Act 2009 and anti-discrimination laws.
- You must not post ads that are misleading, ask candidates for payment, collect personal information for any purpose other than recruiting, or use another business’s name or trade marks without permission.
- You are responsible for your ads and for how you handle applicants’ personal information.
3. Review and removal
We review every new employer account, every ad and every change to a live ad before it is published. We may ask for changes, decline an ad, or remove an ad or account that breaks these terms.
4. Prices, payment and refunds
- Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, and a tax invoice is emailed to you.
- Each ad runs for 30 days from when it is published. Pack credits expire after the period shown at purchase.
- If we decline your ad, we refund the fee in full. If we remove a live ad because it breaks these terms, no refund is payable.
- Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Job seekers
Using EOS Jobs is free for job seekers. We check ads before they go live, but we can’t guarantee any ad, employer or outcome. Do your own checks before you share sensitive information, and never pay to apply for a job.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability to an employer is limited to the fees paid for the ad concerned.

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its date. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions: [email protected].
