About the seat

Hubbard Supplyhouse is a family-owned plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances and lighting. It is hiring an Operations Manager to provide company-wide leadership for warehouse operations, logistics and delivery, fleet, equipment, facilities and safety. The role supports its 12 branches across North Carolina and South Carolina, plus a future distribution center.

  • Set consistent receiving, put-away, picking, packing and inventory-accuracy standards at every location.
  • Work through operational leaders to improve warehouse productivity, order accuracy and accountability.
  • Remove waste such as unnecessary motion, overprocessing and rework.
  • Oversee the delivery fleet, drivers, routing and scheduling.
  • Drive completion of quarterly priorities within the company’s EOS.

The position is based at the main branch and distribution center in Fayetteville, with regular travel to the branches. Candidates who live in the area or will relocate are preferred, and relocation assistance may be available. The company wants a hands-on leader with multi-site operations experience who can develop leaders and build systems that scale. The listed salary is $125,000.
