Practice Support & Integrations Manager

1Source Partners is an accounting, tax, assurance and advisory firm. It is hiring a Practice Support and Integrations Manager in Tampa to set up and run centralized practice support across its four practices: Tax, Client Advisory Services, Assurance and Transaction Advisory. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Build and manage a practice support team, including coordinators and offshore support staff.
• Take operational and administrative work off the practices so professionals can focus on clients.
• Own how work gets done and how capacity is allocated, and review high-exposure work for quality.
• Learn each supported process end to end and keep streamlining it.
• Integrate the practice support of each acquired firm, including client data, systems training and staff.

The firm runs on EOS, and this manager carries quarterly Rocks, contributes to the scorecard and brings issues forward for resolution. Familiarity with EOS or a similar framework is listed as a qualification.
