It is hiring an experienced AV Project Manager in Melbourne, Florida, to oversee commercial AV/IT integration projects from planning through completion. The role reports to the Operations Manager.

  • Manage multiple commercial AV/IT installation projects at once, from kickoff to closeout.
  • Lead the Installation department team toward its KPI goals through coaching and accountability.
  • Allocate personnel, equipment and project resources to deliver on time.
  • Serve as the main customer contact throughout each project.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget and labor so projects finish safely and profitably.
  • Support continuous improvement by implementing and following EOS processes.
