Performance Marketing Lead

Drake & Associates is a Wisconsin financial planning firm that helps families retire with confidence. It is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead in Waukesha to own paid media and turn digital interest into booked appointments and new clients. You would build and run campaigns yourself rather than hand them to an agency.

• Own paid media strategy, channel mix, testing roadmaps and budget allocation.
• Build, launch and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Meta.
• Forecast and manage the paid media budget and reconcile discrepancies.
• Test creative, audiences and formats to improve ROI and acquisition cost.
• Report lead data and bring offline programs such as workshops, radio and TV online.
• Work with business development, marketing and compliance teams.

Requirements include at least five years of paid search or paid media experience, deep Google Ads and Meta skills, and familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, ActiveCampaign and Salesforce. A bachelor’s degree is required. Financial services experience and experience with EOS are preferred, and the firm says it runs on EOS.
