Managing Director, Audio Visual

Continua Interiors provides furniture and audio-visual solutions, with a mission to transform the way people work, learn and heal across the Midwest. It is hiring a Managing Director, Audio Visual, to lead its AV sales team. The role is based in Plymouth, Minnesota, or Chicago, Illinois.

• Lead, manage, coach and hold the AV sales team accountable for revenue, gross profit and pipeline goals.
• Recruit, develop and retain strong sales talent through regular coaching, opportunity reviews, pipeline inspections and performance conversations.
• Develop market strategies that grow share and position Continua as an integrated workplace solutions partner.
• Build executive-level relationships with key clients, architecture and design firms, corporate real estate leaders and general contractors.
• Champion EOS by creating clarity, driving accountability and solving issues.

The posting lists a base salary of $150,000 to $200,000 plus bonus. Deep knowledge of the commercial AV market is expected.
