The consultant acts as a strategic advisor and coach to a portfolio of 20 to 25 franchise locations, helping owners improve operations, profitability and growth. The role includes about 20 on-site visits a year.

  • Run site audits and track KPIs to check brand standards and the operational health of each location.
  • Coach franchisees on staffing, finances, workflow and revenue growth on a set meeting cadence.
  • Facilitate Level 10 Meetings to review KPIs, priorities, issues and solutions.
  • Review franchisee financial statements, guide annual budgets and recommend pricing and cost changes.
  • Create and roll out SOPs, training materials and sales process improvements.
