If your company runs on EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®), you already think about people differently. You talk about seats, not job titles. You know your Core Values. You set Rocks every quarter and look at your Scorecard every week.
Then it’s time to hire, and you’re squeezed into a general job board built for job titles and long lists of duties. The language you use every day disappears from the ad.
We built EOS Jobs to fix that. It’s an EOS job board: an independent job board for companies that run on EOS, and for the people who want to work in them.
Why an EOS-only job board?
EOS companies hire differently
In EOS, structure comes first and people fill the seats. A business that runs on EOS usually knows exactly what a seat is accountable for, which numbers it owns and what success looks like in the first 90 days.
That’s valuable information for a candidate, but most job ads don’t have a place for it. On a typical board, it ends up buried in a paragraph or left out entirely.
Candidates who “get it” are looking for you
Plenty of people have worked in an EOS business and want to do it again. They like the clarity of a well-run Level 10 Meeting™, the focus of quarterly Rocks and the honesty of an Accountability Chart™. For them, “we run on EOS” is a strong signal.
Other candidates have never heard of EOS but are drawn to the same things: clear expectations, clear values and a team that solves problems instead of avoiding them.
An EOS-focused board helps both groups find you.
A smaller, more relevant audience
A niche board isn’t trying to reach everyone. Its job is to put your seat in front of people who already value the way you work. That can mean fewer, better-matched applicants and less time spent screening.
How EOS Jobs works for employers
1. Describe the seat, not just the title
Every ad on EOS Jobs is built around the seat on your Accountability Chart. Alongside the usual details, such as location, work type and pay, you can show:
- the seat and its key roles;
- its Rocks: the priorities for the first 90 days;
- its Scorecard measurables: the weekly numbers the seat owns;
- your Core Values, so candidates can see whether they’d fit.
We also encourage employers to frame the role using GWC™ thinking: what someone needs to get, want and have the capacity to do in the seat.
2. A person checks every ad
Before any ad goes live, a person on our team reviews it. For new employers, we check the business is real, including its business registration and website. For every ad, we check that the pay is stated honestly, that the content is lawful and not discriminatory, and that it describes a real seat. It’s a small step that helps job seekers trust what they read.
3. Simple pricing
There are no subscriptions or lock-in contracts. At launch, a single ad costs US$99 (Standard) or US$199 (Premium, pinned to the top for 30 days), and each ad runs for 30 days. You pay per ad, only when you need to hire.
4. Candidates apply to you
There are no recruiter fees. When a candidate clicks Apply, they go straight to your email address or your own application page, so you stay in control of your hiring.
You’ll find full details on the Post a job page.
How EOS Jobs works for job seekers
Free to use
EOS Jobs is free for job seekers. There’s nothing to pay to browse or apply, and you don’t need an account: applications go straight to the employer.
Know what you’re applying for
Because every ad shows the seat, its Rocks, its measurables and the company’s Core Values, you can get a realistic picture of the job before you apply. You’ll know what you’d own, what you’d be measured on and what the culture values.
Find businesses that work the way you like to work
If you’ve worked in an EOS company before, you’ll recognize the language straight away. If you haven’t, the ads give you a clear view of how these businesses operate. Either way, you can decide whether it’s for you.
Start by browsing current jobs.
Who’s behind EOS Jobs?
EOS Jobs is an independent job board, owned and run by the EOS Jobs team. We’ve seen how much clarity EOS brings to a leadership team. Hiring is one of the places where that clarity matters most, so we wanted to give EOS companies a job board that speaks their language.
To be clear: EOS Jobs is independent. We’re not part of EOS Worldwide, and we’re not endorsed by or partnered with them. We’re simply a job board for businesses that run on their system. You can read more on our About page.
What kinds of roles suit EOS Jobs?
Any real seat in a business that runs on EOS, or is moving to it, can be a good fit. That might include:
- leadership seats, such as an Integrator™ or a head of sales, operations or finance;
- management seats that own a department’s numbers;
- specialist seats, such as bookkeeping, marketing, project management or customer service;
- administrative and support seats that keep the operating rhythm running.
Fractional and part-time seats are welcome too. Choose the Fractional or Part-time work type and give a day rate or monthly retainer instead of a salary.
Our approach
A few principles guide how we run the board:
- Clarity over hype. Ads should describe real seats with real expectations.
- Quality over volume. Every ad is reviewed by a person before it’s published.
- Fair pricing. Simple, per-ad pricing that suits small and medium businesses.
- Respect for job seekers. Free access, with clear information to help people make good decisions.
