AllView Real Estate is a service-based real estate company in Newport Beach, California. It is hiring a Vice President of Operations who will serve as its EOS Integrator alongside the founder, who is the Visionary. The VP of Operations holds the business together day to day and works closely with the CEO on strategy.

  • Own the company scorecard and the P&L.
  • Lead the weekly Level 10 meeting and make sure the leadership team delivers its quarterly Rocks.
  • Build the people and systems needed to grow the team and the portfolio responsibly.
  • Stay hands-on in leasing, maintenance, construction and service delivery.
  • Prove product-market fit for each new venture before scaling it, and use AI and automation to cut inefficiency.

This is not a boardroom-only job. The role is fully on-site at the Newport Beach office, with no remote or hybrid option, working shoulder to shoulder with the CEO and leadership team. The posting lists a base salary of $150,000 to $180,000. Performance bonuses and profit share tied to revenue and profit goals can bring total pay for a top performer to $250,000 or more.
