About the seat

Theisen’s Home-Farm-Auto, a family-owned, multi-location farm, home and auto retailer, is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer in Dubuque, Iowa. The CRO reports to the CEO and connects strategy to execution across the company. Relocation is required.

  • Lead the Marketing and Merchandising functions directly.
  • Serve as the company’s EOS Integrator, coordinating priorities and aligning teams.
  • Partner with leaders in Operations, Finance, Distribution, IT and People.
  • Strengthen and standardize key business processes and improve cross-functional coordination.
  • Help build better data capability and the operating framework the company needs to scale.

The company wants a leader with at least 10 years of progressive experience across sales, marketing or merchandising, ideally with P&L ownership. Candidates should have a record of building systems rather than only running mature ones. Experience working within EOS is preferred, especially as an Integrator. Experience in a family-owned business or multi-category retail is also preferred.
