Chaffin Luhana is a personal injury and mass tort law firm founded in 2010. Its attorneys have recovered more than $1 billion for injured people. The firm is hiring a full-time Chief Operating Officer to be its senior-most business leader. The COO will serve as the firm’s EOS Integrator and report directly to the two founding partners.

  • Run the whole business: marketing, intake, client experience, finance, people and technology all report through this seat.
  • Identify priorities, bring recommendations and keep the team executing without the founders having to push.
  • Finish building the firm’s reporting and analytics, and design how decisions get made.
  • Help evaluate AI, management services organizations and changing client expectations.
  • Once an operating plan is agreed, allocate the approved budget and make hiring and leadership decisions.
