Director of Marketing

Greenhouse Fabrics supplies cut fabric to the trade through its Greenhouse Fabrics, Anna Elisabeth and AE Contract brands. It is hiring an in-person Director of Marketing at its High Point, North Carolina headquarters. The director owns marketing strategy, the annual plan, lead generation, the budget and marketing performance, and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Lead, manage and hold the in-house team and outside contractors accountable for execution and results.
• Own the annual marketing plan and keep the calendar two to three months ahead.
• Own the marketing budget and shift spending when results fall short.
• Connect every marketing effort to qualified leads and revenue, and give leadership reliable data.
• Run the marketing L10 meeting and work with Sales, Product and Finance.

The posting lists familiarity with EOS among its qualifications and uses EOS language throughout, including LMA and the marketing L10. Compensation is a $100,000 base salary with a bonus available.
