Managing Director – Professional Services

All In One Accounting (AIOA) is a Minneapolis-area outsourced accounting and CFO firm serving entrepreneurial and nonprofit leaders, and a seven-time winner of the Twin Cities’ 50 Fastest Growing Companies. It is hiring a remote Managing Director to lead its Professional Services Practice. The practice serves consulting firms, law practices, marketing agencies and other expertise-driven businesses.

• Own the full P&L of the practice as its senior leader.
• Lead a team of CFOs who each own their own book of client relationships.
• Own the practice system that produces excellent client outcomes at scale.
• Drive practice growth, profitability and team health.
• Report to the EVP of Operations and sit on the Operations leadership team.

AIOA runs on EOS, which it describes as clear goals, strong accountability and a team that executes with intention. In EOS terms, the Managing Director holds the CFOs accountable to their results. The firm hires for people who are hungry, humble and smart. Base salary is listed at $175,000 to $200,000.
