Maintenance Manager

Fetch Home Management manages more than 600 rental doors across Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks, Dauphin and York counties in Pennsylvania. It is hiring an on-site Maintenance Manager in Lancaster to own the systems that move work orders from open to verified-closed. This is a process and accountability role, not a hands-on trades position.

• Control maintenance inventory, including tools, materials and vehicle stock, to cut wasted supply runs.
• Oversee scheduling across maintenance coordinators so work orders are assigned, prioritized and completed on time.
• Verify completed jobs before tickets close, catching rework and callbacks early.
• Cover coordinator duties during absences or busy periods.
• Flag bottlenecks and tighten processes across the department.

The company says it runs on the EOS model and promises clear expectations and accountability. Ideal candidates have property management, maintenance or construction operations experience, have managed a team, and are comfortable holding others to a standard. AppFolio experience is a plus. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
