A home remodeling company in the St. Louis metro area, in business for nearly 50 years and ranked among the nation’s top remodelers, is hiring a General Manager who will serve as its Integrator. The founder is stepping back from daily operations to focus on long-term vision. He wants a partner to run the business with him as a dynamic duo.

  • Run all daily operations through an established management team.
  • Partner with the Owner (Visionary) to turn big-picture ideas into executable plans.
  • Lead, manage and hold accountable the heads of Accounting, Marketing, Sales and Production.
  • Make sure every department meets its metrics through repeatable, trackable processes.

The company sells windows, bathrooms, sunrooms, fencing, decking, siding and roofing. It wants a tech-savvy, data-driven leader.
