Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Browsing and applying are always free.
Do I need an account?
No. Click Apply on any ad and you’ll be sent to the employer’s email address or their own application page. Your application goes straight to them, not to us.
Do I need EOS® experience?
Not always. Each ad says how long the business has run on EOS® and what the seat involves. Some employers want people who already know Level 10 Meetings™, Rocks and Scorecards; others are happy to teach the right person.
An ad looks wrong or suspicious. What should I do?
Email [email protected] with the link. We review every ad before it goes live, but we’ll look again straight away. Never pay an employer to apply for a job.

How much does an ad cost?
See the Post a Job page for current prices. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. You get a tax invoice by email.
How long does my ad stay up?
30 days from when it goes live. You can mark it as filled at any time from your Employer Dashboard.
Why does my ad need to be reviewed?
So job seekers can trust what they read. For new employers we check the business is real (including the ABN and website). For every ad we check the pay is stated honestly, the content is lawful and not discriminatory, and it describes a real seat. Reviews are usually finished within one business day.
What if my ad isn’t approved?
We’ll tell you why and, where we can, help you fix it. If we can’t approve it, we refund you in full.
Can I edit my ad after it’s live?
Yes, from your Employer Dashboard. Edits to a live ad are checked again before they appear, so the ad may be briefly hidden while we review the change.
Do we have to run on EOS® to post?
You need a real seat, an honest pay range and a business that runs on EOS® or is moving to it. Ads that only name-drop EOS® will be sent back for edits.
Can I advertise a fractional or part-time role?
Yes. Choose the Fractional or Part-time work type and give a day rate or monthly retainer instead of a salary.
