Human Resources Business Partner

Real Estate Webmasters has served the real estate industry as a technology partner for more than 20 years. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner in Nanaimo, British Columbia. The role reports to the Integrator and executive leadership and owns the health, administration and alignment of people operations.

• Partner with leaders to align HR practices with company goals and quarterly Rocks.
• Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and help define seat responsibilities with hiring managers.
• Oversee benefits administration and work with payroll providers on accurate, timely pay.
• Run HR operations, offboarding and audit-ready employee records.
• Handle employee relations and keep policies compliant with BC employment standards.
