It is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO who will act as the company’s Integrator and report to the founder and CEO.

  • Partner with the CEO to set and hold quarterly Rocks and keep the V/TO current.
  • Act as the CEO’s thought partner and counterweight, and keep the leadership team aligned on one plan.
  • Lead the operating side of customer and partner relationships and make sure commitments are tracked and kept.
  • Translate priorities into clear owners, milestones and outcomes across technology, product and customer experience.
  • Use AI agents every day, in line with the company’s AI-native way of working.

This is a remote role open to candidates in Canada, with Canadian candidates considered first. It starts as a fractional engagement with a path to full time, and compensation is listed as an equity incentive.
