COO / Integrator

Legal Monkeys provides technology-enabled services that help law firms grow. It is hiring a Chief Operating Officer to serve as its Integrator. The COO reports directly to the CEO and keeps operations running efficiently and accurately. The role is on-site at the company’s Waco, Texas office.

• Drive company goals and objectives using the EOS framework for clarity and accountability.
• Turn the company’s vision and mission into steady progress on key initiatives.
• Streamline operations and improve processes to raise efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and develop department leaders, and keep teams aligned with strategy.
• Bring financial discipline that supports sustainable, profitable growth.

The company looks for a discerning communicator and mediator who sees the bigger picture and keeps refining how the business works. Experience as an EOS Integrator is highly desirable. Prior C-level experience is preferred but not required. Salary depends on experience and education.
